After removing everything that had been inside my nose, my columella had curled up because of columellar contracture, so they brought the columella down using septal cartilage, and also put a little of my own septal cartilage into the nasal tip. Can a contracture period happen with this too?? I heard people who removed everything get a contracture period, but I’m curious whether someone who left something in the front of the nose can also get a contracture period and have the nose turn upward.
