I had rhinoplasty at a place famous for closed surgery, using ear cartilage and ear fascia for nasal tip cartilage tying through closed rhinoplasty. Starting about 6 months after surgery, it became very painful, and I could see inflammation bulging up on my nose. After that, I had a lot going on, so I couldn’t visit the hospital where I had the surgery.
