Compared with my previous nose, this revision surgery did make things look better overall, but honestly I’m stressed because of the position of my columella..ㅠ On top of that, because of the columella position, my nostril asymmetry has gotten worse than before, and the nasal tip is also slightly shifted to the left from the centerㅠ It’s a bit worse in real life than it looks in the photo, and what I’m wondering is: 1. Would the clinic consider this degree of deviation eligible for aftercare/revision? 2. If everyone here were in this situation, would you have another surgery to correct it? Please give me your honest opinions. Thank you!
우앵이 The columella looks straight to me.......?
Naoky7 [@우앵이] Oh really?? I added one more photo to show it more clearly! It’s a photo taken from below.
우앵이 [@Naoky7] Ah, looking at the one taken from below, it does seem like it’s very slightly curved to the left. How long has it been since you had it done??
Naoky7 [@우앵이] It’s only been one weekㅠㅠ I wonder if it’ll come back a bit once the swelling goes down..ㅠ
Naoky7 [@우앵이] Since it doesn’t look that severe to other people, if it were you, do you think you’d just let it go?
우앵이 [@Naoky7] Hmm, if it’s only been one week... if it were me, I think I’d wait a bit longer!! I’m in week 2 now too, and after taking off the splint, I thought my columella and nasal tip looked crooked, but as the swelling gradually goes down, they’re returning to straight!! They say the swelling can go down differently on the right and left sides too. Let’s wait just a little longer
Naoky7 [@우앵이] Thank you, Wooaengㅠㅠ Let’s both get pretty noses and get free from appearance stress!!
임씨더맥스 Hmm, it seems slight. It’s not very noticeable
Naoky7 [@임씨더맥스] Really?? Should I say that’s a reliefㅠㅠ lol Thank you
야호니야 If it hasn’t been long since you had it done, I think I’d wait a little longer tooㅠㅠ The more revision surgeries you have, the greater the risk gets
Naoky7 [@야호니야] I guess I should wait a little longer.. Thank you, everyone

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 How is ㅊㅁ??
It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
