I had nasal tip surgery using autologous costal cartilage, but it was set too high, so it feels like it’s going to break through soon. There is also white show-through happening on the columella side. Could anyone recommend a hospital where I can get revision surgery? Other people get revision surgery because their nasal tip droops, so why is mine not drooping and instead my skin can’t withstand it?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
