It's been like this showing through all the time, since about 5 years ago. Could it be that silicone is affecting it, or that my ear cartilage is showing? Because it was taken right under sunlight, it may look even clearer. Overall, the rhinoplasty looks pretty obvious, and the show-through also seems quite severe I want to remove the silicone and do only the nasal tip, but if I do it using septal cartilage, there is also a possibility of this nasal tip bending and side effects appearing in 20-30 years, right What do you all think of my nose?
