<One month after the first surgery?><Side profile after the first surgery> I had my first surgery in May 2019 (septal cartilage), and my nose seemed to be slightly upturned, so I decided on revision surgery I carefully went around for consultations and visited 7 places famous for revision surgery My cousin recently spent about 4 million won on her first surgery, so I figured revision would be around 6 to 7 million won, but the first place I went to quoted over 20 million won! I was shocked and left, then went to two more places that day, and they quoted 8.5 million and 13 million... ah... I thought it would cost around 10 million won After that, I had consultations at about three or four more places, and with full disclosure/partial disclosure discounts, autologous costal cartilage correction for an upturned nose, nostril base reduction, nostril lowering, columella lowering, etc., etc. Since I wanted a natural straight nose... the plans were similar too... I chose plastic surgery clinic A, where rhinitis surgery was also possible, and decided to go with the 12 million won price with no review discount (During the consultation, they said nasolabial angle correction, filler foreign-body removal (they said it had been removed during my first surgery but some remained), nostril base reduction and nostril lowering would not be done aggressively, and autologous costal cartilage (another hospital mentioned calcification, but they said they could do it) I paid the deposit Pre-op tests, X-ray taken The day before surgery, they called and said because of calcification, they had to use donated rib cartilage On the day of surgery, they told me to bring photos of the nose I wanted I brought photos of IU and Karina, and they said if I wanted this kind of nose, I needed nostril lowering (I showed the photos during consultation too, so why?) Additional 4.4 million won for nostril lowering (when I asked why it was so expensive, they said they had to graft dermis? skin? or something) Other hospitals' nostril lowering was in the 1 million won range... I had to go into the operating room, but because of the nostril lowering, I couldn't end up needing another revision surgery again, so I just hoped it would turn out pretty and that I really wouldn't need another revision, got a 500,000 won discount, and paid an additional 3.9 million won. After I came out of surgery, they said there had been a foreign material called mesh, and that the removal cost was 2.2 million won, plus 750,000 won for 5 antibiotic shots??? 2.95 million won I don't know what they did, but they told me to pay, so I paid,, I didn't even get an explanation from the doctor in charge about how the surgery went or whether it went well, I just paid and came home,, I'm now on day 4 after surgery, and the swelling and bruising are no joke... If someone saw me, they'd think I had facial contouring surgery. If this had been the price, would I have done it here??? The more I think about it, the more bitter I feel, everyone~ Tuesday is the day I go to have the splint removed, and I can only hope the result is good

레오마미핫 [@] Yeah... right, right Revision surgery costs as much as a compact car
josjimun Seriously insane. Did the quotes from other places include nostril lowering?
레오마미핫 [@josjimun] Yeah. The quotes from other places included nostril lowering. Some places also had scalp fascia, stem cells, and nostril base reduction.

라스트코댄스 Does that price even make sense...? It's not even a nose with contracture
레오마미핫 [@라스트코댄스] Contracture vs. not contracture, maybe 6 to 4?? One place for revision said it wasn't contracture
