I had silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, but it started drooping after just 3 months, so I had revision surgery this time, at 7 months. They said they slightly lowered the nasal bridge and added autologous dermis to the nasal tip. Will that be okay?
