Did your nasal tip change a bit too? Like the nasal tip becoming slightly lower than before silicone removal, or the nostrils changing from triangular to round, or the nasal tip straightening slightly and becoming more natural. If you leave the nasal tip cartilage and remove only the silicone, will the nasal tip stay the same?
