If I were to give a tip, for those who were already asymmetrical, make the incision on the side where the nostril shows a little less~ I made the incision on the side with the larger nostril, so the asymmetry is more noticeable now
The stinging and pain in my nose are almost gone, my nose is still firm, and seeing that the right nasal tip is a little more rounded and raised, I think the right side has more contraction
The glabella definitely became lower, and I don’t think the nasal bridge or glabella will get any lower because I can feel the unevenness of the bone

My nose got smaller overall But I guess people don’t only look at the nose They don’t know I had it removed My dad didn’t notice, and my parents-in-law and in-law family didn’t notice either (I see them often)

If you already think you’re going to remove it, you’ll do it someday But I think you need to do it before inflammation or side effects occur so it can return as nicely as possible
Of course, the surgery could go wrong, but I think those cases are rare, and it may also be that some people are a bit sensitive and pay too much attention even to small flaws(?)
A surgically altered nose can’t return to the old nose, and the surgical result can differ depending on the method used and the condition of the nose, and they say almost 90% of noses are shaved down slightly.. So how could it go back exactly the same?
And if you do a closed approach because you dislike scars, I understand that you have to give up a little on asymmetry or fine details Because mine was closed approach, my nasal bridge is slightly uneven You only know if you touch it, though..
Anyway, my point is: if you’re going to do it anyway, do it while your nose is healthy If you’re sensitive and concerned about even small changes.. please think about other methods
The clinic said that when they actually meet people who post dissatisfied reviews, they are usually fine (not all, but most) They said removal doesn’t mean going to a pretty nose with no problems at all They said people get stressed over issues only they can see and get revision surgery again Of course, I also have asymmetry and my nasal bridge is uneven, but I’m fully satisfied now. It may also be because my personality is a bit easygoing
