I had rhinoplasty 3 years ago with a septal support graft, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and 4 mm silicone. I dislike how pointed my nasal tip is, so I'm planning to remove only the septal cartilage. 1 Will my pointed nose become blunter? 2 Will the side profile of my nose shrink a little? 3 Could there be side effects after surgery?
