Has anyone had nose surgery with sedation for about the first 15 minutes while they gave local anesthetic injections, then stayed awake for the rest? Was it bearable? If there’s inflammation or a lot of scar tissue, I think the surgery could become bigger, so will I make it out alive? Was it not as bad as you expected? How was it? Ah, for reference, ear cartilage also has to be harvested. The expected time is about 3 hours.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
