When I had my nose surgery, it was done with a partial open approach, and I naturally thought partial open would be better when removing it too. But it seems like more people than I expected do it fully open. I was scared that a scar might remain, but I’m wondering if full open is better. I’m curious because it seems to be used often even for relatively simple silicone or cartilage cases, not difficult things like Gore-Tex.
