I wanted to get rhinoplasty during this holiday period, so I went to two places in Gangnam, Seoul. At one place, the doctor only looked at the outside and explained, and at the other, they took a CT scan and explained while looking at the photos, so I did feel a lot more trust there. My upturned nose is a complex of mine, so when I said during the consultation that I wanted it to look as natural as possible, they suggested using ear cartilage, donated costal cartilage, and silicone. They also said my nasal septum is very deviated to one side, so it would be okay to operate on that together too. After the consultation I thought, I see, but afterward I kept looking into it and silicone has side effects...
