My natural nose had no nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was somewhat defined, with no hump, but I got surgery with 4 mm silicone inserted. People around me now just think my nasal bridge was always high. But if I remove the bridge implant, will they notice? I desperately need reviews from people with experience. Friends who saw me 6 months after I got my nose done didn’t know I had nose surgery. But at that time I had also lost weight and had my eyes done too, so maybe that could be why they didn’t know. I hope they don’t notice
