I had septal extension with silicone inserted, but the front view wasn’t corrected.. The before-and-after photos are from ㅁㅈ, but the price is too expensive, so I want to look into other places too. Is there any really good clinic that’s great at correcting the front view? I want my nasal tip and nostrils/alar area to become really sharp and narrow, even if it looks a bit obvious Like Winter’s nose
