Right now my nose has been raised with a septal extension graft, but it’s drooping and uncomfortable, so I’m looking into revision surgery.
I’m going to remove the Gore-Tex on the bridge of my nose, and I haven’t decided what to do with the nasal tip yet,
I heard that with columellar support, you can still make a pig nose a little, and it should feel better than a septal extension graft, so I was thinking about columellar support + cartilage repositioning? (tying it slightly upward)
But when I looked in this community, I saw cases where people removed the columellar support tooㅠ
I thought the cartilage inserted would be smaller than with septal extension and it would be less uncomfortable, but there are more removal reviews than I expected, so I’m worried
Is columellar support really better than septal extension,,? If anyone knows, please leave a comment!!ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
