I had nose surgery with silicone inserted into the nasal bridge, but a hard inflammation developed on the left side of my nasal bridgeㅠㅠ I’m thinking of having the silicone removed at the hospital where I had my first surgery if possible. Do they charge for this? Back when I had the surgery, they said something like, “Of course we’ll do revision surgery for you,”ㅠㅠ Ah, and has anyone had hard inflammation like this? It’s been five years since the surgery, and this has never happened before, so why is this happening now?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
