Hello, I’m looking into nasal implant removal. It has been two months since surgery. First, I had septal extension, a septal support graft, silicone implant, hump nose correction, bilateral osteotomy, and rhinitis surgery. I’m dissatisfied with the shape too, but lately breathing has been so difficult that I’m thinking of removing everything in the third month. I have breathing problems to the point that daily life is completely impossible. Because of this, I’m also extremely worried about things like empty nose syndrome, and honestly I’m not sure whether removing everything will resolve it.
