Has anyone had complete removal of septal extension at ㄷㅌㅈ ENT by any chance? I got a reply saying they do a lot of extension removals, but I don’t think I’ve really seen actual reviews. Since they operate in as natural a direction as possible, which matches what I’m pursuing, I wonder if they would also naturally shape the change in the nasal tip when doing complete removal But I’m scared it might be very expensive.
