My natural nose is an upturned nose. I had nose surgery once a long time ago, and because I’m worried about side effects, I’m thinking of completely removing everything, not making the nose higher, and only correcting it so the nostrils show less. But the estimate is beyond imagination. I don’t know if this is usually this much or if these two places are especially expensive. I have ㄹㅂㄹ scheduled next week, but I don’t know how that place will be. And at one place I visited, they said that even if I do a complete removal, to correct it so the nostrils don’t show, I would need to use septal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, and I wouldn’t be able to make a pig nose, so I’m worried. Other than ㅅㅇ, ㄱㅇㅅ, and ㄹㅂㄹ, are there any other places that do a lot of nasal implant removal and upturned nose correction? Please share information.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
