If I remove it, my nose will get insanely big, right? It was already a blunt, rounded nose, and even with septal extension lifting it like this, my nose is still big. If I remove this and add more scar tissue, my nose will really become a bulbous nose, right? The upper part is narrow from osteotomy and the lower part is bulbous. I have to be able to handle that if I'm going to remove it, right?
