Photos will be deleted soon. 13 years ago, I had surgery for a hump nose with osteotomy, L-shaped silicone, and ear cartilage. My nasal tip was too pointy and was showing through more and more, so I had everything removed and had cartilage repositioning. Right now, the front view is very swollen, just flat, and I have taping on, so there isn’t much visible; I can’t answer that part accurately. But the doctor said the hump had been shaved well. When the taping was removed and I briefly saw it, it didn’t feel bumpy or overly ground down. Ask if you have questions…
