I had my nasal tip cartilage sutured and only raised the tip with ear cartilage I like the height, but because of the suturing, my nose looks pinched and the nostril wings look very narrow. Also, my old round nasal tip looked much better, so I want to undo only the cartilage suturing and leave the ear cartilage in place, even if the height drops a bit. But when I went for a consultation, the manager kept saying surgery can’t be done that way. She said there’s no support structure to hold the ear cartilage, so if I’m definitely going to undo it, the ear cartilage has to be removed too. But I don’t understand. There must be many people who had surgery using only ear cartilage without suturing the nasal tip cartilage. Is the manager right…
