It’s been about 4 days since I had functional + revision rhinoplasty, and this sleep issue is making it so hardㅠ Once I fall asleep, I really sleep like I’m out cold. So when I sleep at home, my head turns to the side without me realizing, and even outside, when I’m studying, I doze off with my head dropping, and I’ve even fallen asleep face-down before (my nose didn’t touch anything; I turned my head and slept with my cheek against it..). Every time that happens, I get so anxiousㅜㅜㅜ Why do they say not to lower your head or sleep face-down..?? Does doing that seriously affect the surgical result?! Like making it droop or become crooked? Could the runny nose that keeps dripping also be because of this? If anyone here knows well, please leave a comment, sob sob
