Just like the title says, I’m female and for my first surgery I had about 4 mm silicone placed in my nasal bridge, and for the nostril area I had septal cartilage and ear cartilage support/extension surgery. I endured it for 6 months, but I didn’t like the shape, so now it’s day 4 after removal. After taking off the splint, my nasal bridge looks so wide and flat like a fish. I seriously feel like I want to die. My side profile is somewhat tolerable, but the front view really looks like a face that got punched once. My original nose had a high bridge with a very slight hump, and I liked my nasal bridge I had the nose surgery because I wanted to correct a bulbous nose… They said they shaved the hump slightly when doing the nose surgery, but after removing the silicone, “slightly” my ass…
