Hello, I had nose surgery this time. I had a long nose, bulbous nose, and low nose, so they removed the hump, performed osteotomy, used silicone for the nasal bridge, and raised the nasal bridge with donated costal cartilage. But after taking off the splint, maybe because it feels too upturned, my philtrum looks long too and I think the nasal tip is a bit high. More than anything, I feel like this nose really doesn’t suit my image, so I want removal. I read all the posts in this community, and people said that if you remove it, the shape comes out somewhere between the original nose and the operated nose. I do want that.
