Please tell me clinics that reconstruct the nasal bridge with autologous dermis after silicone removal.

I currently have 5 mm of silicone placed. It has been 6 years since surgery. I had the surgery because I barely had a nasal bridge, but these days my nasal bridge feels tight. Even to the naked eye, it looks like the skin on my nasal bridge has stretched. My skin is very thin and pale, so the nasal tip cartilage is already showing through in a round shape. I used ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage, but I think the donated costal cartilage has already all been absorbed, and only the ear cartilage remains. Donated costal cartilage absorbs better than expected. After removing the silicone, I need to use even autologous dermis on the nasal bridge to create some degree of bridge, and I know autologous dermis also gets absorbed to some extent …
