I got so much help from this community and finally had it removedㅠㅠ Right now my nose is very swollen and it’s hard, but I had a non-implant nose surgery using ear cartilage, and they had used an absurd amount of my ear cartilageㅠㅠ So my nose looked big like a man’s nose and even kept getting pointier. It was done only with ear cartilage, but they had placed it long like silicone, so my alar cartilage was being pressed and that was why it was uncomfortable. I had it removed today, so I still don’t really know yet and only have pain, but if you leave any questions in the comments, I’d like to share what I can.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
