I got so much help from this community and finally had it removed Right now my nose is very swollen and it’s hard, but I had a non-implant nose surgery using ear cartilage, and they had used an absurd amount of my ear cartilage So my nose looked big like a man’s nose and even kept getting pointier. It was done only with ear cartilage, but they had placed it long like silicone, so my alar cartilage was being pressed and that was why it was uncomfortable. I had it removed today, so I still don’t really know yet and only have pain, but if you leave any questions in the comments, I’d like to share what I can.
