I raised my nose without an implant, using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but it’s too high, so it turned into a Pinocchio nose ㅠㅠㅠ Today is day 4, and when I look at other reviews, they say it’s swelling and it will get smaller and lower, but it doesn’t seem like it becomes drastically lower ㅠㅠ It seems almost similar, so I don’t think mine will change that much either ㅠㅠㅠ The hospital said they can remove only the ear cartilage placed on top either early on day 7 or after 6 months, so I’m debating ㅠㅠㅠㅠ If I remove it early, it can be removed quickly before the ear cartilage adheres, but then issues like scar tissue, contracture, and the contraction period...
