My nasal bridge wasn’t done with silicone but with AlloDerm, and the columellar support strut at the nasal tip is autologous costal cartilage, but will a contraction phase still definitely come? I came to the hospital where I had my second surgery, and they say AlloDerm removal is possible, but they said a third kind of nose will appear, so I’m scared. I don’t mind if my nose gets lower, but I’m most worried that the nasal tip will go through a contraction phase and shrink I wonder if it would be okay if I also get cartilage repositioning.
