I had nose surgery about 9 years ago, and I was told they put in silicone, reinforced it with AlloDerm so it wouldn’t descend, and since I had a bulbous nose, they brought the alar cartilages together. Would complete removal be possible? I guess I’ll only know if I go to a clinic specializing in removal. I had thought until now that only silicone and the septum had been touched, so I’m a bit flustered

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
