After<After silicone removal nose surgery>After<One month after autologous dermal revision rhinoplasty>After<18 days after autologous dermal revision rhinoplasty>Hello :)
I posted a review about silicone removal in early October!
Finally, after a month and a half, I’m posting my revision rhinoplasty review~
Five days after the first surgery, I had a second-stage revision rhinoplasty using autologous dermis (buttock), and I visited with my guardian (mom).
After buttock surgery, you can’t drive, so you need to go with a guardian, not alone.
After anesthesia, the surgery started with my buttock first to harvest the dermis.
During the buttock surgery, I didn’t feel as much pain as I expected.. haha
Then we went straight into the nose surgery, and it didn’t feel as painful as removing the silicone.
I think the total surgery time took about two and a half hours.
Unlike the first surgery, the buttock area was also operated on, so moving around was a bit uncomfortable and there were things I had to be careful about.. lol
They told me to be careful until the wound fully healed.
I was able to get around well from the day after the second surgery too haha
After surgery, while removing the dressing and bandage, I visited the hospital every two days for disinfection and to check the condition of my nose.
After about a week, the bandage was removed and I kept applying anti-inflammatory ointment.
From two weeks after surgery, I’ve been continuously applying scar-removal medication.
Now the scar seems to have faded quite a lot :)
They continued to do disinfection and care well after surgery, and they were kind!
Next week I’m scheduled to visit the hospital to check the progress of my nose.
They said that for four months after surgery, they will also shape it with dermal injections.
I feel relieved because retouching due to absorption is also possible.
