When I looked up reviews, most people had everything completely removed Am I the only one leaving the nasal tip repositioning and septum as they are? The reason I’m removing it is because it feels like a foreign body, makes me look masculine, and I feel like the silicone at the nasal tip is showing through My nose was originally short and upturned, so at every clinic I went to, I said I’d be okay even without a nasal bridge, as long as it didn’t look like an upturned nose, and they all said we should leave the nasal tip as it is. I’ve roughly decided on a clinic, but if I only remove the silicone and leave the nasal tip cartilage, can that not really be called removal? I know that even after surgery it’ll be uncomfortable and I won’t be able to touch my nose freely

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 10 Has anyone had autologous costal cartilage or autologous dermis for a second revision rhinoplasty?
This will be my second surgery. Originally, I had ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip, but now I’m looking into getting it redone with autologous costal cartilage. Or I’m also considering dermis, so if anyone here has had revision…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 10 I asked by email about the bulge on the left side of my nose, and they replied
They replied like this: since it’s not an area manipulated during surgery, if it’s not painful, I probably don’t need to worry. Since it’s been over a month since the removal, I can go to the swimming pool, wear goggles, and exercise. For…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 10 Day 2 review after total nose implant removal (photos deleted)
Hello. I had total removal done yesterday, and I was so out of it that I’m only posting a review now. First of all, mine was a case where everything was removed completely without a support graft. It wasn’t because I had contracture or…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 10 Curious about reviews of surgery at ㅅㅅㅇ for persistent drooping nose tip and whiny-looking nose
I’ve already had my 3rd surgery, and each time silicone was used for the nasal bridge. For the columella, the materials used were roughly like this: 1. probably ear cartilage 2. Medpor 3. donated costal cartilage. For my first surgery, it…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 10 Removing the support strut?
It’s septal mesh, and when I had a consultation for full removal, they said it seemed like septal cartilage either wasn’t used or only a small amount was used. I’m curious, during full removal, if the support strut isn’t removed and is…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 10 Itching on the nasal bridge, inflammation
It’s been almost 10 months since my surgery. Can the nose feel itchy? It’s on the right side, which has kept hurting and bothering me since surgery, and I still have tightness, pressure, etc. I’m not sure if it’s red or swollen, but could…
