It’s septal mesh, and when I had a consultation for full removal, they said it seemed like septal cartilage either wasn’t used or only a small amount was used. I’m curious, during full removal, if the support strut isn’t removed and is just left in, what problems could happen later? I’m also worried because it seems like many people say their nose became upturned after removing absolutely everything, including the support strut, during full removal
