I’m curious whether there was a big difference from your nose before surgery. My nose is naturally very broad and spread out, and I’ve never seen a nose wider than mine. Since I feel discomfort and would rather not worry about a third surgery even after revision surgery, I’m wondering whether I should just have everything removed except the septum and then look into alar reduction. Was there a big difference from your old nose?
