I had a full nose removal today, including the nasal septum, but the swelling is really severe. For those who have had removal, what was your swelling like on the day of surgery? I had read that removal swells less than the first surgery, so I’m really scared ㅠㅠ Right now, from the glabella to the nasal tip, it seriously looks like someone put a Moai statue there. It’s a bulbous nose. Please help. How was it for everyone?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
