All of a sudden, it looks like the silicone is showing through in a round shape at my nasal tip. I want to remove the silicone, but I’m also worried that my nasal tip will become too low. The place I went to for a consultation said that after removal, if I want to have nasal tip surgery or any surgery, a closed approach won’t be possible and it absolutely has to be done with an open approach. Please recommend plastic surgery clinics in Busan
