Full Nose Removal

Hi, I’m on day 12 after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, but one problem has come up. After surgery, it seems like my nasal septum has collapsed. While removing the splint, the doctor said something like, “The surgery went so well that the nasal septum is about to collapse.” They told me not to worry, but the more I keep looking things up, the more worried I get, I’m anxious, and I’m not sleeping well. I heard that in the worst case it can even become a saddle nose. So I’m thinking about having full nose removal surgery. They used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, and I also had nasal valve reconstruction, septoplasty, and osteotomy. If I have surgery, can my septum and nose shape return to exactly how they were before…
