I'm worried because this is my nth nose revision surgery, so I'm already consulting at many places, but the surgical methods all seem similar, and the key is clinical experience or materials, yet I can't find an answer. The places I've visited so far are probably about ㅅㅁ ㅇㅇㅇㅁㅌㅇㄷㅇㅇㄷㄴㅂㅈㅇㅅㅇㄹㅋㅋㅂㄹㅋㅍㄻㅇㄵㄹㅋㅂㅈㅎㄴㅂㅇㅊㅂㅇㄷㅍㅌㅋㄽㄼㄼㅇㅍㄱㄴ, and it ranges from places saying they need to take everything apart and rebuild it one by one starting from the nasal septum, to places saying it would be better to just live with the way it isㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's difficult I've already used ear cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, so using autologous costal cartilage again also feels awkward, and donated costal cartilage...
