I’ve scheduled a date for complete removal and am waiting, but for those who had complete removal with ear cartilage columellar grafting, I don’t really understand what columellar grafting even means… I also don’t understand why cartilage would be harvested again when things are being removed. I’m not removing it because I have any particular side effects
