This will be my third revision surgery, and I am considering removing the silicone and refining the nasal tip shape using ear cartilage for a columellar strut and cartilage suturing. I am older now, and this has to be the last surgery of my life, so I have a lot of worries and feel very unsettled. When I look at reviews for ㅅㅅㅇ, ㅍㄹㅁ, and ㄱㅇㅅ, which are called the top three removal clinics, most are reviews of full removal, and there are not many reviews of silicone removal plus nasal tip revision surgery, which I am considering, so I feel a bit anxious. I am really curious whether the so-called top three removal clinics are only good at removal, or whether they also have an aesthetic sense and are good at regular revision surgery too…
