10 years ago, I had my nasal tip raised a little with silicone, septal extension, and tying, and right now I don’t have contracture or inflammation, but maybe because I’ve aged and lost facial fat, only the nasal bridge stands out, and a step-like contour has formed between the end of the silicone and the nasal tip, so I want to remove the silicone this time. But can only the silicone be removed, or is nasal tip repositioning mandatory? Also, can anyone tell me how much removal costs these days? My nose surgery was 2.5 million won haha, I’d feel wronged if removal costs that much tooㅠㅠ
