I put in silicone, had septal extension, put in ear cartilage, and also had nostril reduction. But my nose looks too small and narrow, and the tip is actually rounder than before, like a bulbous noseㅠ If I remove it, how much can it go back to my original nose? They say if you remove a septal extension, it can become upturned, but after surgery mine became much more upturned. My original nose was slightly droopy, so do they mean it will be more upturned than my original nose, or more upturned than the surgical nose?
