I developed saddle nose as a complication after deviated septum surgery at a local ENT clinic, and after reconstruction surgery, I found out later that they said my nose was small, so there was no need to use costal cartilage, and they had flattened ear cartilage and placed it on top. But the nasal dorsum became broad and flat, and since my nasal mucous membrane has always been extremely sensitive, now air actually enters too well, so when air goes in it stings and clear nasal discharge runs, or when I touch it, there’s a sebum smell inside my nose that I had never known in my life, so I’m thinking about removal.
