Of course, it’s only been 3-4 months, so I’ll have to wait longer before getting surgery, but can you recommend places that are really good at properly correcting a bulbous nasal tip? For reference, I don’t want to use costal cartilage, and I have a short nose,,, I looked into VL, Avec, and Hit. Would they be okay.? I was going to get nostril reduction too but didn’t, and in many ways I’m really just hugely disappointed and upset

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
