My nasal bridge is on the higher side, so I only used ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but these days I’m getting greedy and want to put in silicone to make it higher,, When I went to hospital consultations, they said my nose doesn’t really have any defect, and that it’s on the higher side with a straight-to-slightly-curved line, so I’m torn.. They do say it would obviously get prettier if I did it, but because of side effects or inflammation,, should I do it or not,,,
