I have some tightness at the nasal tip, and the contracture has progressed a lot, so it feels like the columella can’t curl inward any further now, but I guess my nose is a difficult case to operate on. There isn’t enough ear cartilage material either, and if I have revision surgery there’s no guarantee the contracture won’t come back, and they said even if they touch it, it won’t necessarily get much better, so they just told me to think it over carefully ㅠㅠ I’m also considering the option of removing everything. I don’t like the shape even now anyway, so I’m leaning toward removing everything with the thought of at least getting rid of the nasal tip tightness, but on the other hand, it’s true that I can’t quite give up …
