My nasal tip is hard and uncomfortable because I had septal cartilage surgery. I’m planning to remove it, but is there anything I should watch out for? Would it be possible to have the surgery done from the inside with a closed approach so it won’t show? I don’t want to leave a scar on the columella. Does anyone know a good place? I’m planning to go to ㅁㅌ Plastic Surgery, but is there anyone who knows about that place?
