I’m going for a nose implant removal consultation the day after tomorrow. I’m trying to remove it because of a contracted nose and a bent silicone implant, but I’m not sure if complete removal is the right choice Should I leave the nasal tip with cartilage repositioning? There are also some cases where people had nasal tip cartilage, then had the cartilage removed because it showed through, so I’m really torn
